The meaning behind our logo
"An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward."
We incorporated an arrow on our logo, as part of the letter "e." "An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward." Likewise, in life, sometimes we need to be pulled backwards through different challenges, setbacks and losses before we can emerge stronger and become the person we are meant to be.
We also incorporated a butterfly as part of the letter "B." Butterflies are typically used as a symbol of life and hope. Although they symbolize different things to different cultures, universally butterflies represent change and transformation. The butterfly transforms from a cocoon into something beautiful. Likewise, Live for Brie Foundation Inc. hopes to transform the world by saving innocent children from drowning. At the same time, the creation of Live for Brie Foundation represents a transformation period in our lives, as we learned to channel the suffering from losing our daughter Brie into positive energy to help others.
